We partner with Corso to provide Green Shipping Protection. This is a premium level of service for issues that could come up during the shipping process that are outside of Stottershop's control like lost, stolen, or damaged packages. When these things happen, Green Shopping Protection from Corso gives you coverage and support so you can avoid going through the frustrating claims process with the shipping carrier. This service also makes a contribution to a verified carbon offset project to make your shipment carbon neutral. To stay worry free just add Green Shipping Protect at checkout.
In an effort to get your purchase to you quickly, occasionally your order will be split into more than one shipment. Your shipping confirmation email with your tracking number should reflect what was delivered. You will receive a second email with tracking for the rest of your order when it ships. If your order confirmation includes your whole order, but only some items arrive, please reach out to us at sell@stottershop.xyz!
While we work with reliable carriers, occasionally, there are glitches on the carrier’s end. We recommend using your tracking information to check with your postal carrier for packages marked as "delivered" that did not show up.
If you have not received your package five business days after the carrier has marked it as delivered, please reach out to our Customer Happiness team at sell@stottershop.xyz.
